Ouagadougou, The Ivorian Issiaka Cissé won Monday 4 th stage of the Tour of Faso fought between Laye and long 156 km Ouahigouya and signing the first victory of the Ivory Coast in competition.
Issiaka Cissé beat Malian Yaya Diallo and Algerian Hamza Yacine at the finish line in 3h 28 mn 44 seconds, an average speed of 44.84 km / h.
