Koudougou-Yako Axis Construction Set to Begin Soon

Koudougou: The interim governor of the Center-West region, Adama Jean Yves B©r©, received a team from Faso-M¨bo led by Captain Yasser Traor© as part of the upcoming construction of national road number 13 (Koudougou-Yako axis).

According to Burkina Information Agency, a promising meeting took place at the Koudougou governorate, marking a decisive step for local development. The Faso-M¨bo team, led by Captain Yasser Traor©, was received by the interim governor of the Centre-West region, Adama Jean Yves B©r©. The discussions focused on the exploration of National Road 13 (RN13), the strategic axis linking Koudougou to Yako, with plans for its imminent paving.

This announcement is seen as a significant opportunity for the region's population. "Long neglected, this road is about to undergo a major transformation," said the region's governor. The paving is expected to connect communities more efficiently, boost the local economy, and facilitate road traffic and access to essential services such as education and healthcare.
