Bogande: The High Commissioner of Gnagna, Jean Baptiste Beogo, visited the 371 young participants in the first edition of the patriotic immersion program to inquire about the smooth running of activities and to encourage supervisors and participants.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the High Commissioner was received by military officials in charge of the command and visited the participants gathered in Bogande. The purpose of his visit was to observe the progress of the activities, encourage the participants, and congratulate the teams involved.
During his visit, the High Commissioner witnessed a demonstration of collective discipline, marked by the young participants’ enthusiastic responses: “Affirmative, my lieutenant!” He noted that this behavior reflects a spirit of rigor and obedience among the attendees.
In his address, Mr. Beogo congratulated the new graduates and urged all participants to commit fully to the program. “You will acquire knowledge, values, and virtues advocated by our homeland. I urge you to follow with selflessness in order to become true patriots for a new Burkina,” he declared.
Mr. Beogo also visited the support services, including the health team and the canteen of the provincial high school, praising their dedication and contribution to the program’s success. He expressed gratitude to the supervisors and trainers for their essential role in imparting civic and citizen values.
The patriotic immersion aims to instill discipline, love of country, and a sense of responsibility in the 371 young participants, laying the foundations for a new Burkina Faso.
