Koosin: The first regional mock exam of the 2025-2026 school year officially started this Thursday, January 29, 2026. Approximately 350 candidates are taking part in this exam. Starting at 7:30 a.m., students in the Djibasso Basic Education District (CEB) began their regional mock exam with the essay portion, marking the start of the assessments.
According to Burkina Information Agency, approximately 350 candidates are participating in this mock exam, organized to better prepare students for the Primary School Leaving Certificate (CEP) exam. The initiative also aims to assess students' actual level and address any weaknesses before the official exam dates.
A notable feature of this session in Djibasso was the proactive approach taken by the supervisors. Indeed, the Year 5 students were involved in the exercise through an initial test, a preparatory step designed to gradually prepare them for the demands of Year 6. To ensure the smooth running of the exams, inspectors Y©da Bako and Forazoun Sabou© visited the various schools.
Their visit not only allowed them to verify the organizational conditions but also to encourage the teachers and motivate the students involved in this important assessment phase. This first regional mock exam thus marks a key step in the academic preparation process for students in the Djibasso Primary School District.
