Mouhoun: The President of the special delegation (PDS) of the commune of Ouarkoye, Ganame Idrissa, presided over an information and consultation meeting regarding the implementation of the second phase of the Civic and Patriotic Guidance (ECP) in the presence of local development actors.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this meeting gathered the heads of decentralized technical services, representatives of various social strata, and the customary authorities of the commune. The primary focus was the organization of phase II of the ECP in schools within the department of Ouarkoye.
Ganame Idrissa presented the objectives of civic and patriotic guidance to the participants, detailing the expected results, the ministries involved in its implementation, and the roles and responsibilities assigned to different actors. He also outlined the training modules, the practical organization of phase II of the ECP, and the provisional implementation schedule.
The discussions during the meeting provided an opportunity for participants to ask clarifying questions, which were addressed by the officials. At the conclusion of the meeting, local stakeholders expressed their support for the initiative, committing to actively support the effective implementation of civic and patriotic guidance in the community for the benefit of all.
