Poa: An Islamic conference aimed at better preparing the Muslim community for the month of Ramadan was held under the theme, "How to welcome the month of Ramadan and what behavior to adopt during fasting". The event was part of efforts to promote Islam and disseminate religious knowledge among Muslims.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the conference featured guidance from Sheikhs Aboubacar Zio and Yunus Ramd©, with moderation by Sheikh Abdoul Rasman© Koanda. The speakers provided insights into the spiritual, moral, and social behaviors to embrace before and during Ramadan. They emphasized the importance of sincerity in worship, solidarity, forgiveness, and maintaining discipline during fasting.

During the event, Imam Abdoul Rasman© Nana from the Sunni movement praised the initiative. He urged the organizing association to continue its efforts in religious outreach, particularly targeting young people and the wider community. The imam also expressed his gratitude to the guest of honor, Mr. Daouda Bagu©, for his steadfast support of Islamic activities within the community.

The conference concluded with prayers for the restoration of peace in Burkina Faso, fostering an atmosphere of religious devotion and spiritual unity.
