Seno: The president of the special delegation of the commune (PDS) of Falagountou, Alou Goro, handed over on Sunday a batch of communication and surveillance equipment as well as fuel worth 5 million FCFA to the security services of the commune. This support aims to strengthen the operational capabilities of forces engaged in securing people and property.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the equipment acquired by the special delegation consists of binoculars for surveillance, communication devices to facilitate the coordination of interventions, as well as a fuel allocation worth 5 million FCFA to support the mobility of units in the field. Municipal officials stated that this equipment meets a need expressed by the security services facing logistical challenges in carrying out their daily missions.
The handover ceremony brought together members of the special municipal delegation and representatives of the beneficiaries, in an atmosphere of gratitude and solidarity. On behalf of the people of the commune, PDS Alou Goro expressed his gratitude to the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) as well as to the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) for their tireless efforts in protecting citizens and their property.
The recipients, for their part, expressed their satisfaction with the equipment received. They welcomed the initiative of the special delegation and pledged to make judicious use of it in the context of their missions. Through this action, the special municipal delegation intends to reaffirm its commitment alongside the forces engaged in the fight for security.
