Tenkodogo: The Apostolic Church of Cinkanse donated four tons of cement, worth an estimated 400,000 CFA francs, to the presidential initiative Faso Mebo on Monday in Tenkodogo, as part of its commitment to national development. The donation, consisting primarily of bags of cement, was presented to the Faso Mebo agency, located in sector 6 of Tenkodogo, by Mr. Nakorba Naabiga, representative of the Honored Apostle Diadi, Superior of the Apostolic Church of Cinkanse.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this gesture reflects the Apostolic Church's commitment to supporting the development initiatives undertaken by the country's authorities. The donor indicated that this contribution is the result of the mobilization of Church members, who are convinced that development depends on collective commitment and the active participation of citizens.
Mr. Nakorba Naabiga emphasized that the vision of the national authorities aligns with the values promoted by religious denominations, particularly work, solidarity, and individual responsibility in service to the community. He also invited other religious denominations and all stakeholders to support the Faso Mebo initiative.
Upon receiving the donation, Adaman Kambone, the regional representative for Nakambe, expressed his gratitude to the Apostolic Church of Cinkanse for its support. He commended this civic act, which contributes to the implementation of the presidential initiative Faso Mebo, and urged individuals and organizations that have not yet committed to participate more quickly.
He reiterated that the development of Burkina Faso remains a shared responsibility. Through this gesture, the Apostolic Church of Cinkanse contributes to the national effort of nation-building and solidarity, strengthening the momentum of mobilization around the Faso Mebo initiative in the commune of Tenkodogo.
