IOM Donates Tricycles to Enhance Sanitation Efforts in Niangoloko

Como©: The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has donated two tricycles to two associations in the commune of Niangoloko to support sanitation efforts in the town.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the donation was handed over to the town hall of Niangoloko and is intended for the associations Relwende pam-panga and Ikuduongu, both involved in sanitation activities, particularly in the city of Santa. The official handover of the equipment was conducted by Ousseni Ouedraogo, the President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the municipality, who expressed appreciation for IOM's support to the local authority's sanitation efforts.

Ouedraogo stated that the new equipment would enhance the operational capacities of the beneficiary associations in waste collection and disposal, contributing to the improvement of living conditions for the population. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the tricycles and encouraged the associations to increase their efforts to ensure Niangoloko remains clean.

The beneficiary associations expressed gratitude to IOM and the municipality for the support, acknowledging the importance of the tricycles in strengthening their daily sanitation activities.
