Dokuy Education Leaders Urged to Spread President’s Message Across Schools

Koosin: The Head of the Dokuy Basic Education District (CCEB), Anselme Taro, presided over a significant flag-raising ceremony at Goni school, urging school principals to relay the message from Burkina Faso's President, Captain Ibrahim Traore, across their educational institutions. This event, held in the presence of various education stakeholders, aimed to ensure that the President's message reached a broad audience within the school community and beyond.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony emphasized the importance of "Food Sovereignty and Economic Patriotism," a theme that underscores the country's commitment to self-reliance and the consumption of locally produced goods. This theme, central to the JEPPC (National Day of Education and Promotion of Burkina Faso), was highlighted by Anselme Taro as he conveyed the President's message.

The chairman of the Goni school council, Yacouba Konate, expressed his gratitude for the selection of Goni school for this event, appreciating the CEB staff's decision. The ceremony concluded with a pledge from participants to disseminate the President's message throughout the village, ensuring that all community members feel connected to the national vision of self-sufficiency and economic patriotism.
