Zoundweogo: The president of the special delegation (PDS) of Nobere, Pierre Kafando, mobilized the community's active forces on Sunday, April 5, 2026, for a large-scale cleanup operation at the Nobere Medical Center (CM). This action is part of the ongoing Patriotic Engagement and Citizen Participation Days (JEPPC).
According to Burkina Information Agency, from the early hours of the morning, the Nobere Health Centre served as the setting for a concrete expression of civic-mindedness. Civil servants, soldiers, paramilitaries, and many young people from the town responded massively to the call from the local authorities. Armed with brooms, machetes, hoes, and rakes, these "supporters of the nation" took over the area.
The premises, as well as the courtyard of the Medical Centre, have been meticulously cleaned, restoring the healthcare environment to an image of exemplary cleanliness. According to the participants, this clean-up day is a symbolic act aimed at expressing their support and patriotic commitment to the nation.
PDS, Pierre Kafando, welcomed this mobilization, which demonstrates the attachment of the people of Nobere to the values of citizenship advocated by the highest authorities of the country.
