K©n©dougou: The Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland (VDP) agriculture option of the commune of Djigou¨ra were received this Friday, June 12, 2026, by the President of the Special Delegation (PDS), Comrade D© Millogo, to whom they came to pay their respects and reaffirm their commitment to the service of local development.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the delegation, led by their leader Amed Traor©, expressed their dedication to achieving food self-sufficiency through the promotion of agricultural activities and the development of arable land in the municipality.

The president of the Special Delegation of the Djigou¨ra, D© Millogo, commended the commitment of the agricultural VDP volunteers and encouraged them to exhibit discipline, solidarity, and determination in fulfilling their mission. He assured them of the municipal authorities’ support in implementing their activities.

On behalf of his colleagues, Amed Traor© expressed gratitude to the PDS for the welcome and guidance provided. He reaffirmed the agricultural VDP’s willingness to collaborate with the authorities and the population for the socio-economic development of the municipality.
