Danysom School Complex Actively Contributes to Faso Mªbo Initiative

Ouagadougou: The Danysom School Complex made a significant contribution to the presidential Faso Mªbo initiative this past Saturday morning by donating bags of cement and participating in road paving activities. The school’s staff, along with students and their parents, engaged in this civic action to support the presidential initiative.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the participants brought bags of cement to aid in the production of paving stones. They actively participated in the manufacturing process for several hours, demonstrating their commitment to the development of the country and providing students with constructive activities during their holidays.

The initiative highlights the importance of community involvement, with the school’s director, Cheick Mohamed Belem, stating their intent to support President Comrade Captain Ibrahim Traore’s call to contribute to national development. Students were able to learn about the paving stone manufacturing process, including cleaning the molds with oil, which provided them with practical and educational experiences.

Miksom Nathan Tiendrebeogo, a student in the CE2 class, expressed pride in participating in the Faso Mªbo project. Parents, such as Christelle Zare, praised the initiative for exposing children to the realities of work, while Ibrahim Dao, president of the Danysom School Council, emphasized the importance of involving children in nation-building efforts.

The day’s participants encouraged other schools and parents to engage in similar activities to keep students productively occupied during school holidays, thereby contributing to the broader development goals of Burkina Faso.
