Tuy Baccalaureate 2026: High Commissioner Emphasizes Integrity and Honesty in Exams

Tuy: The High Commissioner of the province of Tuy, Issiaka Segda, officially launched the written tests of the baccalaureate, 2026 session, at the Tuy provincial high school on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. According to Burkina Information Agency, the province has a total of 1,009 registered candidates, of whom 982 were present, comprising 496 girls and 486 boys. Among those present, 577 were taking the exam in series D and 405 in series A4.

The official launch of the tests took place at jury 119, housed at the Tuy provincial high school, in the presence of the provincial director of secondary education, vocational and technical training of Tuy, Seydou Traor©, as well as provincial security authorities. Jury 119 comprised 225 candidates from series D, distributed across eight examination rooms. In room number 7, the authorities encouraged the candidates and offered them advice before opening the first envelope containing the French exam paper.

The provincial director of secondary education, vocational and technical training in Tuy, Seydou Traor©, urged candidates to abandon all forms of cheating. The High Commissioner, Issiaka Segda, also urged the candidates to demonstrate honesty and integrity during the tests. "We would not want to record any cases of fraud. We wish all candidates success, but with integrity and honesty," he said. He wished the candidates good luck and praised the teachers for their support throughout the school year.
