Nayala Province Witnesses Baccalaureate 2026 Exams with 588 Candidates Present


Nayala: The written exams for the baccalaureate, June 2026 session, commenced on Tuesday in Nayala province with 588 candidates in attendance out of 601 registered. The exams were officially launched at the Nayala provincial high school by the province’s High Commissioner, Honor© Fr©d©ric Par©. He was accompanied by provincial directors and heads of services, marking a significant moment for education in the region.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the statistics provided by the provincial director of post-primary, secondary, technical and vocational education, Idrissa Roko, detailed the composition of candidates. Of the 588 candidates present, 330 were girls and 258 were boys. This year, the exams were conducted at a single center in Toma, divided into three juries, with the province presenting only the A4 and D series.



High Commissioner Honor© Fr©d©ric Par© encouraged all candidates to remain calm and demonstrate the knowledge they had gained throughout their studies. He emphasized the importance of approaching the exams with confidence and determination. Additionally, Mr. Par© acknowledged the efforts made by the government and stakeholders in ensuring the exams were held under suitable conditions. He called upon candidates to uphold discipline and security throughout the examination session.
