Dindou: A new mosque for the Tijaniyya Muslim community of Dindou was officially inaugurated in the commune of Kampti, marking a significant event attended by administrative, customary, and religious authorities, alongside the local population. The ceremony was led by Comrade Massahiba Aime Soulama, Prefect and President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of Kampti, with the presence of the Commander of the Territorial Brigade of the Gendarmerie of Kampti.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Comrade Massahiba Aime Soulama emphasized the importance of adhering to laws and regulations, while advocating for strengthened social cohesion and unity within the community. He highlighted the essence of peace and love for neighbors as foundational for the nation's prosperity, urging a collective effort towards national security and harmony.

Comrade Sawadogo Souleymane, president of the organizing committee, conveyed heartfelt thanks to all contributors towards the establishment of the mosque, recognizing their efforts in fostering a space for contemplation, spiritual growth, and peace.

Imam Adama Sinare, addressing the attendees, reiterated the mosque's role as a hub for worship, learning, and communal gathering. He encouraged the faithful to uphold values of tolerance, solidarity, and mutual respect, aligning with the ideals of the Progressive and Popular Revolution (RPP), which serve as pillars of discipline and unity for national development.

The opening of the new mosque signifies the Tijaniyya Muslim community's dedication to enhancing faith and contributing to peacebuilding efforts through religious leadership.
