These actions were part of coordinated air-land operations conducted on July 7, 2026, in the regions of An©fis, Boulkessi, Fadiola, Marakakoungo, and Farabougou.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the operations in An©fis involved eight airstrikes that resulted in the destruction of six combat vehicles and four motorcycles, effectively neutralizing approximately thirty terrorists. The statement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Mali detailed these efforts.

Further air and ground operations were carried out in Boulkessi, Fadiola, Marakakoungo, and Farabougou. In these areas, ten airstrikes were executed, leading to the destruction of four logistics bases and the neutralization of over one hundred terrorists.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces reaffirmed its strong commitment to conducting operations against armed terrorist groups across the national territory.
