Nahouri: The President of the special delegation (PDS) of the urban commune of P´, Ilassa Dianda, presided over the second extraordinary session of the year of the commune, which was centered on the examination of the Community Development Plan (PAC) and issues related to local development.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this extraordinary session of the council of the special delegation featured several items on its agenda, with the paramount focus being the examination and subsequent adoption of the resolution of the Community Development Plan (CDP). Ilassa Dianda emphasized that the CDP serves as "an urban planning tool to design the new face of the urban commune and rationalize the occupation of space for the benefit of the people."
During the session, members also deliberated on two other significant matters: the authorization to clear the municipality's land liabilities and the formation of an ad hoc committee. This committee is tasked with the crucial role of spearheading the development of the future Municipal Development Plan (PCD) for the municipality of P´.
At the conclusion of the discussions, the PDS expressed enthusiasm for the quality of the discussions and acknowledged the constructive spirit that characterized the proceedings. The session also saw participation from the partner technical services of the municipality of P´.
