Zondoma: Educational supervisors from the province of Zondoma embarked on a tourist outing to the Thomas-Sankara Memorial and the Bangr-Weoogo Park in Ouagadougou. The visit took place on Monday, July 4, 2026, and was organized by the Mutual of Pedagogical Supervisors of Primary Education of Zondoma (MUEP/Z).

According to Burkina Information Agency, the trip aimed to provide a break from the educational responsibilities and challenges faced throughout the school year. Yssoufou Z©bret, the president of the Mutual, emphasized the outing's dual purpose of relaxation and rejuvenation in significant places such as the Thomas-Sankara Memorial.

Reflecting on the year's achievements, a supervisor from the Basic Education District (CEB) of Boussou expressed satisfaction with their hard work and the decision to organize the outing as a means of unwinding. The visit to the Memorial, filled with historical significance, was followed by a trip to Bangr-Weoogo Park, where the supervisors enjoyed the natural surroundings and wildlife.

The outing concluded with positive feedback from the participants, including a supervisor from the Provincial Directorate of Education who was moved by the experience at the Thomas Sankara Memorial. The provincial director of Preschool, Primary and Non-Formal Education (DPEPPNF) of Zondoma, Karim Sawadogo, joined the group and praised the initiative, encouraging other education agents to participate in similar activities.
