Nakamb©: The Nakamb© region is recording an overall improvement in its performance in the school examinations of the 2026 session. The success rates for the Vocational Aptitude Certificate (CAP), the Junior High School Certificate (BEPC), and the Baccalaureate are up compared to 2025. Only the Vocational Studies Certificate (BEP) is experiencing a slight decline.

According to Burkina Information Agency, statistics from the Nakamb© Regional Directorate of Secondary Education and Vocational and Technical Training reveal that the CAP (Certificate of Professional Aptitude) pass rate increased from 97.04% in 2025 to 97.58% in 2026. The BEPC (Junior Secondary School Certificate) pass rate rose from 51.89% to 57.00%. The Baccalaureate also saw significant progress, increasing from 59.89% to 65.82%.

On the other hand, the BEP is experiencing a decline, with a rate of 71.67% in 2026 compared to 78.16% in 2025.

Regarding the Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP), the success rate for the 2026 session is 91.00%.

These results generally reflect the efforts made by all actors in the regional education system, despite the point of concern represented by the decline recorded in the BEP.
