Ouagadougou: The High Court (TGI) of Orodara organized a mobile civil court hearing in N'Dorola from July 22 to 23, 2026 to facilitate access to justice services for the population.

According to Burkina Information Agency, for two days, the court teams set up in the N'Dorola town hall's reception hall to offer several judicial services to the people of the communes of N'Dorola, Morolaba, Kayan, Kourouma, and Sindo in the northern part of the Kenedougou province.

This hearing allowed for the on-site processing of numerous requests relating to the rectification of civil status documents, the addition or modification of names and surnames, and the issuance of nationality certificates and criminal records.

At the end of the operation, the court recorded 148 certificates of nationality issued, 16 rectifications of acts by order, 13 material rectifications of civil status acts, five criminal records, and three copies by judgment.

The Prosecutor of Faso at the Orodara High Court, Ali Dianda, expressed his satisfaction with the proceedings of the mobile court hearing. He indicated that the relatively modest turnout was due to the context of the agricultural season. 'The first rains, which came after a long period of drought, led many residents to return to their fields for planting. Despite this situation, we recorded a satisfactory turnout and thank all the authorities who contributed to the success of this mobile court hearing,' he said.
