Bassitenga: Rihanata Sinar©, a teacher at Zagb©ga Primary School, was named the best teacher in the Bassitenga province during the Bassitenga Cultural and Artistic Day combined with School Excellence (JCAESB 2026).
According to Burkina Information Agency, Sinar© distinguished herself with an impressive achievement, securing a pass rate of 91 out of 93 candidates in the Primary School Leaving Certificate (CEPE) exam, 2026 session. In recognition of her efforts, she was awarded a motorcycle. This accolade follows her previous regional recognition as the best teacher, for which she received a computer.
"It is a feeling of pride and joy. I thank all the authorities for this initiative," expressed Comrade Sinar©. She attributed her success to sustained efforts, explaining, "We worked a lot, including during holidays and public holidays. We focused on group work among students and tutoring."
The ceremony also served as a platform to reward the best students and other deserving teachers.
