Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Head of State, Comrade Captain Ibrahim TRAOR, presided over the weekly Council of Ministers meeting on Thursday, which adopted a methodological guide for describing positions.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Council, on behalf of the Ministry of Servants of the People, adopted a decree adopting the methodological guide for describing job positions in the public administration. This guide marks a significant update, allowing for the inclusion of school and university management jobs and the administration of economic affairs.

"The new guide that has just been adopted applies to local authorities, state public institutions, state companies, mixed economy companies, and also independent administrative authorities," explained the Minister of Servants of the People, Comrade Mathias TRAOR. He emphasized that the guide facilitates the definition of an ideal profile and ensures that profiles with similar skills are considered fairly for all positions.
