Djoro: The constituted bodies of the Djoro region reaffirmed, on Tuesday in Gaoua, their attachment to the values of the homeland and their belonging to the Burkinabe nation, on the occasion of the traditional raising of the colors, organized within the departmental gendarmerie group of Gaoua.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony brought together administrative authorities, various constituted bodies, and members of the Gaoua gendarmerie group. This raising of the colours was also an opportunity to salute the commitment of the fighting forces deployed in the theatre of operations and to reaffirm the need to maintain mobilization and cohesion in support of securing the national territory.

For the commander of the Gaoua departmental gendarmerie group, Kibsa Arnaud Zongo, the mobilization of the various forces in the region demonstrates the good collaboration and cohesion that exist between the administrative structures.
