Ouagadougou: Nearly 200 seedlings were planted on Saturday, September 12, at the Boussoukoula prefecture in Noumbiel province. Under the auspices of the prefect, Sond Djibril Traor, president of the special delegation of the said municipality, this operation aimed to contribute to realizing the vision of the highest authorities: 'One institution, one grove.'

According to Burkina Information Agency, a large number of participants, including administrative authorities, technical services, and the general public, gathered at the Boussoukoula prefecture on Saturday to partake in the planting operation. This initiative aligns with the vision of President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor, who promotes the concept "one institution, one grove" to enhance greenery in public spaces.

Sond Djibril Traor, the president of the special delegation of the municipality of Boussoukoula, emphasized the importance of community involvement in environmental conservation. He stated, "We cannot expect everything from the State. Public spaces in general are threatened and this is an opportunity for us to secure them."

For the maintenance of the newly planted seedlings, a collaborative effort with technical services has been planned. Traor assured that every measure will be taken to ensure the survival of these plants and encouraged the public to continue engaging in such green initiatives.
