Tenkodogo:The Bel-Air tea grain of Tenkodogo has contributed two tons of cement, valued at 200,000 FCFA, to the presidential initiative Faso Mªbo, aimed at enhancing the city's infrastructure.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the donation was facilitated by a delegation led by Comrade Morou Kr, a former president of the Nakamb Regional Council and current study officer at the governorate. The contribution is intended to support the beautification and construction projects within Tenkodogo.

Established in 1996, the Bel-Air grain is situated in sector 6 of Tenkodogo, near the MBDHP headquarters and the Friday mosque. It functions as a platform for friends to meet and exchange ideas, although it is not a formally constituted association. The members view their donation as a gesture of gratitude towards the Faso Mªbo team, who are recognized for their efforts in city beautification.

Comrade Kr explained that the group's decision to contribute was in response to a call from the president of Faso Mªbo, Captain Ibrahim Traor. He described the donation as a modest start, with plans for further contributions in the future. Despite the small scale of the donation, the members emphasized their sense of civic duty and commitment to supporting national initiatives.

Kr urged other citizens and tea farmers in Tenkodogo and across Burkina Faso to actively participate in national development efforts. He stressed the importance of collective involvement in building and beautifying the country, suggesting that even small contributions can make a significant difference. The Bel-Air grain cooperative plans to continue its support with more actions in the coming months.
