KIAKA SA Donates Equipment to Gogo Gendarmerie Brigade

Gogo:The mining company KIAKA SA has donated office furniture and computer equipment valued at over 13 million CFA francs to the Gogo gendarmerie brigade in Zoundwogo province. This initiative is aimed at enhancing working conditions and boosting the operational capabilities of the brigade.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the donation includes tables, chairs, cabinets, and computer equipment. The handover ceremony was attended by Issa Tiendrbogo, president of the special delegation of Gogo, representatives of KIAKA SA, and members of the defense and security forces.

Ouaba Ounteni, the security director of KIAKA SA, stated that the donation was in response to a request from the Gogo Local Security Directorate. He highlighted that this support is expected to strengthen the brigade's operational capabilities and that security is crucial for the continuation of the mining company's activities in a secure environment.

The PDS of Gogo expressed appreciation for KIAKA SA's contribution, recognizing it as significant support for the gendarmerie brigade. The commander of the Gogo gendarmerie brigade, Daouda Derra, also conveyed gratitude for the donation and assured that the equipment would be used appropriately.
