Boromo:Authorities have announced the temporary closure of the Boromo bus station starting October 4, 2026.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the President of the Special Delegation of Boromo, Esae Wenonga Bamogo, issued a press release detailing the plans for rehabilitation work at the station throughout October 2026. This work necessitates a temporary halt of activities at the site.

All site occupants have been instructed to vacate the premises by October 4, 2026, to facilitate the rehabilitation process. Arrangements have been made for Gare 2000 to serve as a temporary location in collaboration with transport operators during the closure.

The press release, however, did not specify a completion date for the rehabilitation or when the station might reopen.
