Gorom-Gorom:Residents of Gorom-Gorom marked the fourth anniversary of the Progressive and Popular Revolution (PPR) by highlighting several significant achievements in their community.According to Burkina Information Agency, local resident Sita Mamoudou Diallo expressed that the withdrawal of French forces, the creation of Faso Mêbo, and the establishment of the Patriotic Support Fund (FSP) are notable accomplishments. Additionally, the recruitment and equipping of security forces and the acquisition of aircraft for the army were praised as major achievements.Diallo also mentioned the creation of industrial units to promote youth employment and suggested the installation of new military posts in certain localities to improve the movement of people on blockaded roads, particularly on the RN3.Seyboune Amadou shared his satisfaction with the improved equipment and performance of the FDS on the ground. He commended measures against corruption and the establishment of industrial units like RAFFINOR-BF and SOF ATO, while recommending rigorous monitoring of these projects for sustainability.Abdoulaye Maïga noted the improved security situation and lauded initiatives such as Faso Mêbo and the creation of factories for enhancing youth development and employability.Mamoudou Hassoumi observed the regularity of convoys in Liptako, the inauguration of RAFFINOR-BF, and the construction of the Dori hemodialysis center. He urged for further developments, such as the paving of the Dori-Gorom-Gorom road and the construction of a railway to Tambao in the commune of Markoye.
