Dalo:The municipality of Dalo marked the second phase of the third edition of the Day of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation with a solemn ceremony of raising the national colors.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event was presided over by Comrade Ragnagnewendé Ouedraogo, the Prefect/PDS of Dalo. It brought together various local bodies, decentralized services, defense and security forces, as well as customary and religious authorities.

The ceremony featured the raising of the national flag and a reading of a message from the President of Faso, Comrade Captain Ibrahim Traoré. The message emphasized the importance of promoting "Buy Local" and "Made in Burkina Faso" products, urging citizens to prioritize local goods as an act of patriotism.

This initiative in Dalo reflects the community's commitment to fostering a stronger national economy through local production and consumption. The Prefect/PDS encouraged stakeholders to embody these values in practical actions for the development of both the municipality and the nation.

The campaign underscores that purchasing local products supports Burkinabe producers and artisans, reinforcing the nation's economy and sovereignty.
