Ouagadougou:Loroum Boureima Sogoba, a certified school teacher and communal correspondent for the Burkina Information Agency (AIB), has been elevated to the rank of Knight of the Order of Academic Palms. This recognition was conferred in Ouagadougou on October 6, 2026, as part of a national ceremony honoring 850 individuals for their contributions to the development of education in Burkina Faso.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the award acknowledges the professional dedication and impact of educators and contributors to the educational sector across the country.
