Nahouri Province Resident Leads Rehabilitation of Major Roadway

Pô:Faced with the severe deterioration of National Route No. 25, a critical roadway in Nahouri Province, Moumouni Anouga, the CEO of Tiébélé Mining SARL, has initiated efforts to rehabilitate the over 50-kilometer stretch. This route, which connects Pô, Tiébélé, Zecco, and Guelwongo, has suffered significant damage due to heavy goods traffic and rainwater runoff during the winter season.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the rehabilitation effort involves the deployment of substantial material and human resources, including dump trucks and heavy construction equipment. These operations are part of an emergency repair initiative aimed at restoring the road's usability for its users.

The project is under the oversight of the provincial directorate of construction, with Nahouri's Provincial Director of Infrastructure, Boris Hada, actively involved. Hada and his team are on-site regularly to coordinate and monitor the execution of the work, ensuring adherence to technical standards and supporting the rehabilitation initiative.
