The staff of AFRIDIA INDUSTRIES, a Burkinabe company producing non-alcoholic beverages, mobilized strongly on August 30, 2024 at its headquarters in Bobo-Dioulasso, to donate the precious liquid to the Regional Blood Transfusion Center (CRTS) of the region. More than fifty bags of blood were collected.In addition, AFRIDIA INDUSTRIES offered boxes of MALIA juice to support donors in the region in their noble action.The agents of the company AFRIDIA INDUSTRIES located in Bobo-Dioulasso mobilized on August 30, 2024 to donate their blood to populations in need, through the team of the regional blood transfusion center (CRTS), deployed on site for this purpose.After the formalities specific to this type of operation, the workers of AFRIDIA INDUSTRIES made themselves available to the CRTS agents who took part of their precious liquid.Around fifty bags of blood were collected to the satisfaction of the head of the quality assurance department of the Bobo Dioulasso Regional Blood Transfusion Center, Ashmed Nana.He congratulated AFRIDIA INDUSTRIES and called on other structures to follow suit, because the need for blood is very high during this rainy season."It's a sigh of relief for us. We encourage this kind of initiative, particularly in this period of high malaria prevalence and in general to save lives, especially those of women and children who are most subject to the need for blood.Currently, the need for blood is very high in our health structures for the care of our patients.
