Nouna: The High Commissioner of Kossi Province, Noufo Dembel©, accompanied by administrative, military, paramilitary, and other religious authorities, participated in the prayer marking the end of the Muslim fast, this Monday, March 31, 2025, at the town hall square. He expressed his admiration for the spirit of solidarity and living together.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Muslim worshippers in Kossi province gathered to pray for the end of the fast on Monday, March 31, 2025, in Nouna. After the prayer, High Commissioner Dembel© praised the spirit of solidarity that prevailed throughout the month of Ramadan. He specifically requested the Muslim community to offer prayers and blessings to the defense and security forces and the volunteers for the defense of the homeland to aid in the return of the evicted villages.
To the other communities present, Dembel© expressed his admiration for the spirit of solidarity and coexistence. In his oath, Imam Gaoussou Dao encouraged Muslims to follow the example of the Prophet Muhammad and to be role models in society. He offered blessings for the return of peace to Burkina Faso.
