According to Burkina Information Agency, the chairman of the special delegation, Mr. Lazard Kieme, stated that the Wour© CSPS was built with funds transferred by the Ministry of Health to the municipal budget for the 2022 fiscal year. He explained that security constraints in Arbinda during the construction phase delayed the completion of the facility, which was provisionally accepted in 2023. "Today, we are pleased to proceed with its official opening," he said, emphasizing the facility's role in reducing pressure on the Arbinda CMA and bringing healthcare closer to the population.

Mr. Kieme expressed gratitude to the provincial authorities of Soum and the Djibo health district for their ongoing support. Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, the chairman of the Village Development Council (CVD), Mr. Aliou Maga, thanked the government and health workers for their resilience. He also acknowledged the contributions of all who helped create the center, offering prayers for the recovery of future patients. Mr. Maga advocated for enhancing the CSPS with equipment, medicines, and qualified staff.

Mr. Ciss© Mohamed, representing the head of the CMA of Arbinda, paid tribute to the Fighting Forces, particularly BIR 28 and the Volunteers for the Defence of the Homeland (VDP), whose efforts have enabled a gradual return of security to the area. He noted that the improved security context was crucial for the realization of the infrastructure.

Mr. Mohamed also commended the health authorities for assigning qualified staff to the new primary healthcare center and expressed satisfaction with the staff's commitment to providing care. He encouraged the local population to utilize the center regularly and adopt healthy behaviors.

The opening of this primary healthcare center signifies more than just a medical facility; it stands as a symbol of hope, resilience, and renewal for local populations amid ongoing security challenges. The center aims to improve healthcare access, reduce the need for lengthy and risky medical evacuations, and enhance patient care, particularly for pregnant women and children.

The opening ceremony, led by Mr. Lazard Kieme, president of the special delegation (PDS) of the Arbinda commune, gathered administrative and health authorities, along with local residents, to celebrate the commissioning of this vital healthcare facility.
