Bougouriba: Ars¨ne Coulibaly has been elected president of the Management Committee (COGES) of the Sikoro Health and Social Promotion Center (CSPS) for a three-year term. This decision was made during a general assembly held on Friday, April 10, 2026, which was presided over by Salif Sawadogo, the head of the CSPS.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the election process concluded with Coulibaly receiving unanimous support to lead a seven-member board. This committee is tasked with managing the daily health issues faced by the community. The head of the primary health center emphasized the significant role that the management committee holds in addressing the health concerns of the local population.
Village elder Clement Yamou expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the election and congratulated the newly elected committee members. He urged them to maintain exemplary standards in their management of health matters. Meanwhile, the village chief, Dabou Coulibaly, encouraged the committee to embrace their responsibilities and ensure the efficient operation of the primary health center for the benefit of the community.
