Bazega Educational Staff Undertake Workplace Clean-Up Initiative


Bazega: The agents of the provincial directorate and other administrative structures in charge of basic education in Bazega took part in a workplace clean-up effort on Monday, September 29, 2025. This initiative, dubbed “Cleanliness Day,” aims to ensure a healthy and tidy work environment.



According to Burkina Information Agency, Monday, September 29, 2025, was designated by Claude Ouedraogo, the provincial director of preschool, primary, and non-formal education (DPEPPNF) of Bazega, as the day for sanitation activities within the educational administrative structures across the province. This initiative encompassed the internal services of the provincial directorate and the eight basic education districts (CEB) within Bazega.



Claude Ouedraogo emphasized that the day aims to promote hygiene and cleanliness, encouraging all education stakeholders to recognize the importance of a healthy environment. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen the connections between various services and partners involved in education.



To commemorate this day, the agents of the DPEPPNF in Kombissiri actively participated in the clean-up activities. Equipped with cleaning tools, they worked together in a friendly atmosphere to weed and sanitize the directorate’s premises.



The provincial director highlighted that this activity reflects the Ministry of Basic Education’s ongoing commitment to addressing environmental issues and improving the educational environment. Claude Ouedraogo expressed his gratitude towards his colleagues for their dedication, noting that the initiative contributes to making the management environment more pleasant.



He further stated that beyond being a civic duty, this day aligns with the presidential initiative for quality education.
