B©guedo CEB Celebrates Successful Conclusion of Sports and Cultural Activities

Boulgou: The B©guedo Basic Education District (CEB) concluded its sports and cultural activities for the school year on Thursday, following three days of competitions in various pools. The closing ceremony was held under the patronage of the president of the B©guedo Special Delegation, Moussa W. Ou©draogo, and was attended by cultural patron Princess Koumbo Dene, sports patron Dr. Issaka Bara, and the head of the B©guedo CEB, Tobagoul© Niaon©.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the event kicked off with an artistic performance by students from the B©guedo 'D' school, who presented a modern ballet that was well-received by the audience. The highlight of the event was the final match of the football tournament, which featured B©guedo "D" school against Zingla school, and created a festive atmosphere that emphasized fair play and community involvement.

During the closing ceremony, Moussa W. Ou©draogo praised the dedication of the coaches, teachers, and students, attributing the event's success to their commitment. He emphasized that "sport and culture are means of cultivating peace." The B©guedo "D" school team emerged victorious in the football tournament final, marking a successful end to the activities.
