Bondoukuy:Six young individuals from the Bondoukuy commune, who were trained in various trades by the National Association for Bible Translation and Literacy (ANTBA) of Dedougou, have been provided with professional equipment to aid in their establishment. The equipment was presented on Friday, October 23, 2026, to the President of the Bondoukuy Special Delegation (PDS), Lazare Bado, who emphasized the need for the recipients to exhibit rigor and responsibility in their professional endeavors.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the six beneficiaries underwent training in diverse fields, including hairdressing, catering, screen printing, metal construction, masonry, and animal husbandry. Following their training, they received equipment tailored to their specific trades, enabling them to apply their acquired skills and advance towards financial independence.
The young professionals, equipped with their new tools, visited the Youth Promotion and Professional Integration Service (SPIPJ) at the Bondoukuy town hall before being welcomed by Lazare Bado, the President of the special delegation of the municipality. This occasion served to introduce the beneficiaries and highlight the outcomes of the initiative aimed at fostering professional integration among youth.
During the meeting, Bado congratulated the young professionals on their achievements and encouraged them to utilize the equipment effectively.
