The ZEKOULA Association for the Development of Bittou has donated material in cash and in kind to internally displaced persons (IDPs), the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Volunteers for the defense of the homeland (VDP) of Bittou on Saturday July 1, 2023, at the town hall of Bittou.

The donation consists of 2 tons 259 kg of rice, pharmaceutical products in the amount of 830,000 FCFA, 02 bales of second-hand clothing and a sum of 300,000 FCFA.

This donation from the ZEKOULA association for the Development of Bittou and surroundings, was given to the PDI, VDP and FDS of Bittou on Saturday July 1, 2023 at the town hall of Bittou in the presence of the prefect, president of the special delegation of the municipality of Bittou.

There were also authorities of the Defense and Security Forces, representatives of the VDP, members of customary and religious chiefdoms, and representatives of the said association and the populations.

According to the secretary general of the ZEKOULA association, Alassane Zampaligré, representing the president, its structure was born from the will of the nationals of Bittou in Ouagadougou.

The association, according to Alassane Zampaligré always promises to come to the aid of the province with the support of its partners, in particular the world food program.

The prefect president of the special delegation of the municipality of Bittou, Mohamed Lamine Diabaté welcomed the gesture of the association and asked all goodwill to take the same steps.

According to him, thanks to the efforts of the FDS and VDP, Bittou is freeing itself from its abyss day by day. He therefore asked the people to support our valiant fighters.
