Burkina: 500 million FCFA to implement ‘crisis communication’ and a ‘war communication strategy’

The Burkinabè government authorized on Wednesday the recruitment of a communications agency for the implementation of 'communication in times of crisis' and for the implementation of the 'Strategy of war communication', to the tune of 500 million FCFA.Thus the Council of Ministers this Wednesday authorized the recruitment of the company IM PRINT for the execution of two batches.The first lot relates to the implementation of communication in times of crisis for an amount of one hundred million (100,000,000) CFA francs.The second lot concerns the implementation of the War Communication Strategy for an amount of four hundred million (400,000,000) FCFA.As a reminder, Burkina Faso has been experiencing a serious security and humanitarian crisis for eight years, caused by terrorist attacks in several localities.Burkina Faso Information AgencySource: Burkina Information Agency
