According to Burkina Information Agency, the application integrates a Facebook page named "DRH MESFPT," a WhatsApp group, and an email address to enhance communication between the administration and its employees. This digital approach aims to streamline the management of individual files and bring the administrative process closer to the staff.

The processed documents include promotion orders, tenure decrees, decisions on grade advancement, reclassification, and integration. The initiative has also seen substantial engagement, with 1,739 subscribers on its Facebook page, 5,128 participants on its official WhatsApp channel, and 7,453 active users on WhatsApp.

Moumouni Zoungrana emphasized that the success of this initiative within such a short period demonstrates the staff's interest in the tool and points towards a potential modernization of human resource management within the department.
