Ouagadougou: The Burkina Faso National Police announced Wednesday that it will return, from June 14 to 16, 2025, at the Place de la Nation in Ouagadougou, 121 two-wheeled vehicles found during a security operation carried out in the Central region, according to a press release signed by the general management.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Director General of the National Police has informed the public that this special operation is organized by the Regional Directorate of the National Police of the Center. The operation aims to return the vehicles that were declared stolen and recovered by police services during security operations conducted between March 25 and June 11, 2025.
The general management has invited individuals who have had their vehicles stolen to attend the event at the Place de la Nation from Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 9 a.m. until Monday, June 16, 2025, at 4 p.m. Attendees are required to bring the registration document, purchase receipt, or receipt for the declaration of loss or theft to facilitate the identification process before reclaiming their vehicles.
