Ouagadougou: The military and paramilitary hierarchy in Burkina Faso has reaffirmed its commitment to the reconquest of the territory. This announcement came during a meeting held by the President of Burkina Faso, Supreme Commander of the National Armed Forces, and President of the AES Confederation, Comrade Captain Ibrahim Traor©, who received a delegation from the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) of Nazinon.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the delegation’s spokesperson, Comrade Andr©a Bertille Derra/Kalmogho, Regional Director of Customs for Nazinon, stated that the meeting served as an opportunity for the FDS in the region to express their gratitude to the President for his support in their missions. The delegation conveyed appreciation for the efforts made by the President to aid their operations.

The delegation briefed the Head of State on the progress achieved in securing the territory and combating fraud and illicit trafficking. They highlighted successful joint operations conducted with the Manga Fire Brigade and the Gendarmerie Command. “We will continue to stay the course and remain united in conducting joint operations,” affirmed the Regional Director of Customs for Nazinon.

In line with the momentum of the Popular Progressive Revolution, the regional security forces reiterated their commitment to supporting the vision of Comrade Captain Ibrahim Traor©, underscoring their dedication to the security and stability of the nation.
