Ouagadougou: The President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, urged the players to silence their differences and think about the best interests of the Nation and the next generation.'I always like to take the example of the mouth where we have teeth and tongue. All of us, as many as we are, surpass everything for the interest of the Fatherland,' declared Captain Ibrahim Traoré.The head of state, whose comments were reported this Sunday by his communications service, spoke on June 29, 2024 after a gala match between the presidency of Faso and a selection of professional players.The President of Faso invited the footballing Stallions in all their diversity, to unity, to cohesion, to solidarity, and above all to initiate innovative projects for real schools which will germinate young talents within the framework of the relief.The Head of State who says he is counting on the 'elders' to 'create football in Burkina' invited them to especially focus on the youngest.The President of Faso has also made a commitment to support any initiative aimed at promoting the next generation.'You sow the seeds of cohesion in the nooks and crannies of the country when you play. I am proud of you. Go everywhere, look for the seed, come and sow.
