Ouagadougou: Young writer Alan Kon©, a 1¨re D student at Sainte-Famille high school in Pissy, introduced his first book, "The Secret of the Best Students," on Sunday, June 15, 2025. This publication is intended to equip students with effective learning techniques to foster academic achievement.
According to Burkina Information Agency, Kon© emphasized that his book serves as a guide to lesser-known learning methods aimed at helping students excel academically. He revealed that the title, "The Secret of the Best Students," is inspired by the reluctance of many high-achieving students to disclose their study techniques.
Kon© remarked, "At school, teachers teach us lessons, but don't teach us how to learn. This document is the value I can bring to the life of a young student who is wondering how to succeed in school." He assured that the learning strategies and methods outlined in the book have been tested and validated, as demonstrated by his own academic progress from an average student to a top performer.
The 62-page book comprises nine chapters, addressing subjects such as time management, stress management, personal balance, and cultivating mental excellence. In a special gesture, Kon© dedicated his first work, "The Secret of the Best Students," to the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©.
"The Secret of the Best Students" will soon be available in bookstores throughout Ouagadougou and directly from the author, priced at 2,500 FCFA.
