Ouagadougou: The second session of the intensive training program titled "Become a Real Estate, Land and Cadastral Expert" concluded in Ouagadougou, equipping participants with essential skills after a month of in-depth learning and experience sharing with industry experts.According to Burkina Information Agency, the training was organized by professionals in the field and covered a variety of critical modules. Participants gained knowledge in areas such as the legal and institutional framework for land in Burkina Faso, the process of creating and accrediting a real estate agency, urban planning and construction law, as well as land and real estate taxation. Additionally, the training delved into land management, land security in rural areas, co-ownership, the right to housing, and land publicity.The organizers expressed satisfaction with the high-quality discussions and the dedication shown by participants throughout the training session.
