Hound:Two individuals lost their lives and at least four others were injured in a collision involving a public transport bus and a dump truck. The accident took place between Saturday night and early Sunday morning on the RN1, near the entrance to Hound.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the collision happened around 100 a.m. on a bend in the Boni-Hound road. The bus, carrying more than seven passengers, was heading towards Hound, while the dump truck, loaded with sand, was on its way to Boni. Both vehicles suffered significant material damage, although the exact circumstances leading to the accident remain unclear.

Following the incident, police officers from Hound and firefighters from Boromo arrived at the scene to conduct an investigation and assist the victims. Security officials have called for increased caution among road users, emphasizing the importance of adhering to traffic laws and speed limits.
