CEB Ouaga 10: Five Retiring Employees Honored

Ouagadougou: The Ouaga 10 Basic Education District (CEB) held a ceremony on Friday to recognize five retiring staff members. CEB officials took the opportunity to express their gratitude to these women who had dedicated their skills to education for over 30 years each.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Nathalie Komou (36 years of service), Rasmata Lompo (32 years of service), Pascaline Compaor (32 years of service), Christine Nakoulima (36 years of service), and Mariam Oudraogo (38 years of service) are officially admitted to claim their retirement rights. A recognition ceremony in their honor was organized on Friday by the staff of CEB Ouaga 10.

Apollinaire Bagoro, head of the Ouaga 10 Basic Education District (CCEB), praised the commitment of these women in the fight against ignorance. 'We have pledged to always honor our colleagues who retire after serving the Republic. We thank these brave agents who have spent several decades of their lives fighting against ignorance,' said Apollinaire Bagoro.

Rasmata Lompo, representative of the new retirees, expressed her gratitude to her superiors for the trust placed in her over all these years. 'We leave today with a sense of duty fulfilled and hearts filled with gratitude. We approach this new chapter of our lives with serenity and great hope,' said Ms. Lompo.

Certificates of recognition and numerous gifts were presented to the now-retired women.
