Ouagadougou: The Caucasus Investment Forum (CIF) will be held from July 15 to 17, 2024 in the capital of the Chechen Republic, Grozny. The main theme of the Forum is 'The Greater Caucasus - from coast to coast'.The fact that the Chechen Republic was chosen this year to host the Forum is an indicator of the region's rapid economic growth and investment climate.Holding the Caucasus Investment Forum will play a key role in the development of the regional economy and help strengthen trade ties. Representatives of the Chechen Republic plan to conclude a number of beneficial agreements at the Forum.With the support of the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, active work for the Forum is underway. The EXPO (Stroy?ar) exhibition center is being prepared especially for the ?IF.The main topic of discussion at the FIC will be the development of the investment potential of the North Caucasus Federal District and the Southern Federal District, the CIS countries and the Caspian and Black Sea countries.The Caucasus Investment Forum will bring together more than 3,000 participants - businessmen, experts, industrial companies, leaders and government officials from the CIS and Caspian Five countries.The CIF business program includes more than 60 events. Particular attention will be paid to the development of entrepreneurship and the agro-industrial complex, transport infrastructure, industry, energy, banking sector, international cooperation, health care, humanitarian agenda, etc. The central event of the Forum will be the plenary session.As part of the business program of the Caucasus Investment Forum, special attention will be paid to the media space and creative industries, as well as the development of domestic tourism in the North Caucasus regions. In addition, a meeting of the Government Commission on Socio-Economic Development of the North Caucasus Federal District will be held at the Forum.At CIF-2024, the 'Vershina' (???????) investment awards ceremony will take place for the first time.
